The penthouse suite of the Scripps Center in downtown Cincinnati is home to the Mayerson Company and the Mayerson Foundation. Originally intended as a mechanical floor, the building owners couldn’t resist taking advantage of the sweeping river and skyline views as the home for their offices and expansive art collection.
The renovation of the 6500 sf space sought to unify the office and reflect the company visions. The design is minimal, elemental, and precise, serving as a compliment to the artwork and views. The semi-circular floor plate lent itself to an “in the round” gallery experience where the artwork surrounds the heart of the space: the main meeting room and a dedicated gallery focused on the family history and legacy.
