We created a new campus to consolidate and update CGM’s operations. The resulting design concept responds to the neighboring warehouse buildings with rectangular brick boxes, which are then articulated with glass and metal insets and projections to identify entry points and special interior spaces, and flying roofs above. The new campus includes recovery programs, plus a fitness center, cafe, employment agency, and administrative offices. The selected site is the original site of Crosley Field, and the design includes commemorative features developed with the Reds Hall of Fame.
